A Little About Me

My name is Sarah Mitchell, and Olivia & Claire Vancouver began from a genuine love for women’s fashion. For as long as I can remember, I’ve enjoyed finding pieces that feel beautiful, comfortable and easy to wear in everyday life. I wanted to create a place where women could browse at their own pace and find clothing they truly feel good in. What started as a small idea slowly grew into something much more meaningful to me. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to connect with so many wonderful women from across Canada. Every order, kind message and returning customer has helped shape Olivia & Claire into what it is today. I still enjoy discovering new styles just as much as I did when I first started. For me, fashion has always been about feeling confident in what you wear and enjoying the little details that make an outfit feel like your own.

Why Olivia & Claire

The name Olivia & Claire is especially close to my heart, as it was inspired by my two daughters, Olivia and Claire. When I was choosing a name for the store, I wanted something that felt personal, warm and timeless. Their names felt like the perfect fit for the kind of boutique I wanted to build. From the beginning, my goal has been to create a collection for women who appreciate style without needing everything to feel overly complicated or trendy. I love pieces that can become part of your wardrobe for more than just one occasion. We carefully look at style, comfort and overall feel when building our collections. I want shopping with us to feel friendly and straightforward, just as it would if we were helping you in person. Olivia & Claire has always been built around a genuine passion for women’s fashion, and that is still at the heart of everything we do today.

Eight Years, and Still Grateful

This year marks eight years of Olivia & Claire Vancouver, and it feels very special to look back on how far we’ve come. What I’m most grateful for is the support we’ve received from our customers over the years. Knowing that women choose to shop with us, come back to see what’s new and recommend us to others means more than I can properly put into words. Fashion changes constantly, but my passion for what we do has stayed the same. I still get excited about a beautiful new piece and about seeing a collection come together. Our 8th Anniversary Sale is simply our way of celebrating this milestone and saying thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey. I hope Olivia & Claire continues to grow while still keeping the personal and welcoming feeling we started with. And as long as I still love doing this as much as I do today, I hope to continue for many more years.`
